Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 72 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Shipping Rates:

Within NZ Courier Tracked (non-rural): $13.50
Rural NZ Courier Tracked: $18.00
Australia: $40.00
International to Rest of world: $70.00

Please note: Our taonga are handmade using natural materials, so colour and texture may vary slightly. '

This makes each piece beautifully unique.

Returns & Repairs

Returns:
You’re welcome to return your taonga within 14 days for a refund (excluding shipping), as long as:

It’s unused and undamaged
It’s returned in its original condition
You cover return shipping

All items are handmade and may differ slightly from images
Orders are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends)
Tīaho is not responsible for customs fees or delays once an item leaves NZ
